WP 1.1 Anodes

Work task 1.1 deals with the development of low-temperature anodes. This work task contains activities on the optimisation of conventional Ni-based anodes, as well as the development of oxy-ceramic anodes. The ceramic anodes specifically aim for redox cycling and sulphur tolerance, as well as reduced catalytic activity for carbon deposition from hydrocarbon fuels.

In this work task also internal reforming catalysts are developed and options for integrating these into the cell or the anode compartment of the stack.
